Arts and Crafts Fair

First Christian Church presents their FIRST SUMMER MARKET Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, June 21.

Registration:
Space will be reserved when application and fee are received and accepted; therefore, our policy is to honor booth requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. DEADLINE is Friday, June 6, 2008.

Specifications and Requirements
1. Booth Size and Fee:
Outside spaces are app. 10'x10' =$30.00 (In beautiful park area in front of the church) Vendors will provide their own tables and chairs. Canopies or other covers are recomended, but not required. A limited number of tables are available to rent at $5 each.

2. Vendor Responsibility:
Collect NM Gross Reciepts Tax. Special forms and instructions will be provided for those wihtout a NM Tax ID number.

3. Set up Hours:
Saturday morning from 7-9

4. Festival Date and Hours: FREE ADMISSION!
9am to 4pm Saturday, June 21

5. Booth Operations:
Booth shall be operated by exhibitor or a designee. Badges will be issued to the vendor and their designee(s). 2 badges will be issued for each booth.

6. Security:
Church will not be responsible for loss or damage.

7. Clean-up:
Please leave your area clean after festival.

8. Reservation:
Deadline to apply for Summer Market is Friday, June 6, 2008. A letter will be sent upon receipt of application and payment to confirm receipt and aceptance of application.

9. Cancellation Policy:
50% of fee will be refunded when written notice is recieved no later than Monday, June 11.
