Saturday, June 14 from 10:00 a.m.-noon the library will be hosting a “Shutterbugs Class”. This class is for children 11 years of age or older and adults wanting to learn about photography. Bring your digital camera and instruction manuals. We will be learning about your camera and taking pictures!
Zoo to You will be at the library on Tuesday, June 17th from 1:00—3:00 p.m. The Albuquerque Zoo will give a presentation followed by a question, answer, and petting time. This program is appropriate for all ages.
On Thursday, June 19th, story teller Terry Alvarez, will be performing for the children. The storytelling begins at 10:30 a.m.
The week end on Saturday, June 21st, with The Bee Movie being shown at 10:00 a.m. Free popcorn and sodas will be served prior to the movie.
The library staff is also selling chances on two nights of kenneling and one free groom gift certificate from Thundering Paws Pet Resort. Chances are going for $1.00 each or six chances for $5.00. The winner will be announced at our Doggie Fashion Show on Saturday, July 12th.
